Green Spot Irish Whisky

This single pot still whiskey from Ireland uses malted and unmalted barley to give it a unique spiciness. Clove, apricot and oak toast aromas evolve to flavours of cedar, clove, apple and ginger. The long finish echoes spicy notes of clove, nutmeg, and ginger. Serve neat to fully appreciate its glorious complexity.

Green Spot is one of the few remaining bonded Irish whiskeys.

Tasting Notes:

Nose:

Fresh aromatic oils and spices with orchard fruits and barley on a background of toasted wood.

Taste:

Full spicy body with a hint of cloves along with the fruity sweetness of green apples rounded off with toasted oak.

Finish:

Lingering flavours of spices of barley.
