100% Palomino. Exactly what a Fino should be; delicate camomile, almond and fresh lemon aromatics with a lovely rounded, plump texture and a herbaceous, apple peel minerality. Crisp and tangy with a gorgeous toasted long savoury finish. Score - 97. (Decanter World Wine Awards, 2019).

Serve as an aperitif with iberian ham, cheese, almonds or olives. Ideal with fresh fish, shell fish or oysters.
