Shipping is by Canada Post Expedited Parcel (or other similar mail and parcel delivery services when deemed appropriate) and is calculated on the total quantity of units purchased, from single units through whole dozens. By example, in Canada, one through 1/2 dozen units is $14.00, 1/2-1 dozen, $15.00; 1-2 dozen, $18.00; etc. Similar pricing is set for USA customers. For quantities greater than 4 dozen, customers should contact WhiskyGlass.ca for quote. Always check the shipping information in the shopping cart for accurate and current rates. The rates are subject to change or adjustment without notice here. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery to most places in Canada. For USA customers please expect 6 - 12 business days.
Shipping Costs are inclusive of handling, taxes and loss insurance. WhiskyGlass.ca does not guarantee any package(s) from being lost or delayed by the delivering carrier. In the event a package(s) is either lost or delayed in transit by the delivering carrier a tracer on the package will be implemented after 20 working days from the time of departure by the sender. A claim will then be filed by WhiskyGlass.ca with the delivering carrier for a credit refund and a new product will be sent with a credit issued for shipping. Additionally, no adjustments will be made for Air or Surface packages that are delayed by weather.
Returns are by authorization of WhiskyGlass.ca and shipping costs must be prepaid. Breakage is, unfortunately, not insurable but WhiskyGlass.ca guarantees all its products and will replace any damaged glassware. For details, please contact WhiskyGlass.ca
