Shipping is by Canada Post Expedited Parcel (or other similar mail and parcel delivery services when deemed appropriate) and is calculated on the total quantity of items purchased, from a single item through whole dozens. By example, in Canada, 1 - 6 items is $14.00, 7-8 items is $16.00; 9-12 items is $18.00; etc. Similar pricing is set for USA customers. For quantities greater than 48 items (4 dozen), customers should consider contacting WhiskyGlass.ca for a quote. Always check the shipping information in the shopping cart for more accurate and current rates. The rates are subject to change without notice.
Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery to most places in southern Canada. In northern Canada (northern reaches of some Provinces, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut) add 2-3 days. For USA customers please expect 6 - 10 business days. Every effort is made to ship orders within 24-48 hours.
Shipping Costs are inclusive of handling, applicable taxes and loss insurance. Customers receiving product in destinations outside of Canada are responsible for any costs of import that may apply including any local, regional or Federal taxes and/or fees. WhiskyGlass.ca does not guarantee any package(s) from being lost or delayed by the delivering agent. In the event a package(s) is either lost or delayed in transit by the delivering agent a tracer on the package will be implemented after 20 business days from the time of departure by the sender. A claim will then be filed by WhiskyGlass.ca with the delivering agent for a credit refund and a new product(s) will be sent without additional charge. Additionally, no adjustments shall be made for Air or Surface packages that are delayed by weather and/or a failure of the transportation infrastructure required for delivery.
Returns are by authorization of WhiskyGlass.ca and shipping costs must be prepaid. Even though breakage is not insurable, WhiskyGlass.ca guarantees all its products and will replace any damaged glassware without charge if contacted within 15 days of receiving the glassware.
